Bars and nightlife have long played a deep and essential role in queer history. In times when it was illegal to be openly queer, bars were sacred spaces—some of the few places where queer individuals could come together, find safety, and build community. While thankfully times have changed, the connection to these spaces remains powerful and meaningful today.
As a queer and trans photographer, documenting nightlife is more than just capturing moments—it's preserving a part of our shared history. Every time I photograph these spaces, I strive to create images that celebrate queer joy and authenticity. My goal is to contribute to an environment where queer people feel free to be themselves, and to reflect that freedom and celebration in every shot.
"I absolutely love booking Kade to take photos at my parties! Whether an intimate gathering or a 1000+ person Rave, Kade has GOT IT covered. They show up on time, capture all the moments that matter, deliver everything back to me *promptly*, and are just a great vibe. 100/10!" -Chloe Philips (Chlomosexual)
